PAYMENT INFORMATION
I understand that membership/tuition is due upon registration. Membership/Tuition not paid within the first week may result in your child not being allowed to attend the program. Payment is required in full at the time of registration. Our 100% money-back guarantee is for families new to Imaginology Kids who request a refund in writing within 3 weeks of signing up. The refund is for the remaining membership/tuition only. Membership/Tuition pays for your child’s spot in class regardless of actual attendance.
REFFERAL$!
Imaginology Kids will offer $25 for a ‘new’ Imaginology Kids referral, to a family who signs up for a monthly membership. This offer is valid for new clients only with a payment of a full monthly session. This amount will be issued as a credit towards tuition.
MEMBERSHIP FEE
I understand that Imaginology Kids has a yearly Membership Fee for each student that is due at enrollment. The amount for each student is $20. The Membership Fee is non-refundable.
LATE FEE
I understand that I need to pick up my child on time. Imaginology Kids reserves the right to charge my account a $1.00 for every minute I am late to pick up my child. Please call if you are going to be late.
DROP PROCEDURE
I understand I must withdraw via the Parent Portal or notify Imaginology Kids in writing to withdraw a child from class enrolment. Your child’s enrolment will automatically renew each month and we will charge tuition for the upcoming month unless we receive written confirmation of your intent to withdraw by the 25th of the month. There are 2 ways to withdraw:
• Log into your account go to Enrolments, click Edit Enrolment, choose “Drop” and follow the prompts to submit your Drop Request. We will reach out with a confirmation email as soon as possible
- OR send us an email with your intent to withdraw, including student name(s) and class time(s)
If you are having a scheduling conflict, we will be happy to help you switch to another day and time or address any other issues you may have with your current class.
Please note: Payment of tuition guarantees your child a space each week in their enrolled class, whether or not they attend.
REFUND POLICY
I understand that Imaginology Kids requires that they receive the online withdrawal form by the 25th of the month to be removed from automatic payment for the following month. If Imaginology Kids received your written intent to withdraw after the 19th of the month but before the 1st of the next month, the first class will be charged to your account and will become non-refundable. After the 1st of each month, Imaginology Kids will not issue any refunds.
The following are non-refundable:
- Missed classes due to mandated government shutdowns
- There are no refunds, make-ups, or credits for days a Camper is absent and/or if the Camper cannot attend once they have been enrolled. Imaginology Kids Camp is staffed accordingly and these are reserved spots
CHARGEBACK POLICY
I understand that if I initiate a chargeback with my credit card company, Imaginology Kids may pass a $25 chargeback fee on to me. If you have a billing dispute, we ask that you please contact Imaginology Kids to work out a solution.
RETURNED CHECK POLICY
I understand that there is a $25.00 returned check charge for any checks returned by the bank.
