90 Minutes in the Earth Lab – The birthday child and up to 15 friends will dive into an exhilarating exploration of gravity and wind. Charging & Headcounts
Imaginology Kids requires an “expected headcount.” This is an estimated number of guests that will be signing waivers and participating in the STEM activities during your party. This includes the birthday child and siblings. Certain parties/time slots have a cap on the number of guests. You may request to change your “expected headcount” until it becomes your “final headcount” on the Wednesday before your party. We will charge the remaining balance of your party at that time with the credit card you have on file with us. If we are unable to process the remaining balance at that time, your party is subject to cancellation. Imaginology Kids is only able to guarantee accommodations for your “expected headcount” and may not be able to accomodate a request for more guests due to space or staffing limitations.Please let us know of any changes to your “expected headcount” as soon as possible to avoid a request denial. Imaginology Kids party charges are based on your “final headcount” because this number informs the number of staff members and activities we prepare for your party. Imaginology Kids reserves the right to not allow unexpected guests if the staff/guest ratios are deemed unsafe. We understand that having an exact number is often difficult to determine. For this reason, we allow your “expected headcount” and your “final headcount” to be estimates that fit into our price brackets. Any additional fees that may be applicable the day of your party will be charged to the card on file. We are not able to offer discounts for scenarios where less than the “final headcount” attend or participate in the party.

WATER LAB

As the children enter the Water Lab, they discover a wide range of options to investigate. They can create a pond habitat with life like turtles, grasses, wood, and stones, check out our incredible sea shell collection from around the world, and challenge themselves to transport water from one end of the room to the other through the use of giant sponges, rain gutters and buckets of all sizes. They can excavate large ice sculptures as they attempt to extract natural materials frozen into huge blocks of ice.
EARTH LAB
40 minutes
GRAVITY AND RAMPS
The birthday child and their guests will spend an exciting 40 minutes in our Earth Lab, exploring the concepts of gravity. With the support and guidance of our party hosts, they build ramps and test them for stability and speed as they roll and slide a large assortment of materials down the ramps they have created.
GRAVITY AND WIND TUNNELS
Children insert an assortment of colorful materials into the Wind Tunnels, and are mesmerized as the fan blows it back out through the transparent cylinders, engaging them as they learn about one of nature’s most interesting forces! Children of all ages love it so much that one was not enough, so we now have two for each party!
LIGHT LAB (add-on option)
Light Tables (4) filled with materials to explore. Reflections, shadows, mirrors, flashlights, fabric, and even UV lights offer endless opportunities for discovery and lots of fun!
